Can't sign in? Email support@inspectclan.com from the address you signed up with and we'll delete it within 7 days.

Drivers and fleet managers: your account is deactivated right away — you are signed out on every device, can't sign in again, and get no more notifications. 30 days later it is deleted for good: your sign-in, the name and email on your memberships, your profile photo, notifications and your devices' push tokens. Your company's owner can delete it sooner from the web console.
Company owners: your account is deleted right away, and your company closes. Everyone in it loses access and pending invites stop working. Its vehicles, inspections, photos, documents and settings are deleted 90 days later.
A company's owner can also delete a driver's or fleet manager's account from the web console (People → Delete); it is deleted right away.
A company's owner can delete the whole company from the web console (Settings → Delete company): it closes, every account in it is deleted right away (a person who also belongs to another company keeps that account), and its records are deleted 90 days later.

Inspections, defect reports and repair certifications you recorded stay with your company — they are its DVIR records, which FMCSA §396.11 requires carriers to keep for 3 months. They show the name you signed with and are deleted automatically 90 days after each inspection.
